Absolutely not! That's the whole point. The camcorder is designed to be point-and-shoot simple. We also include a shot list guide and QR code tutorial to help your guests capture the best moments. Your film comes out professional because our editors know how to work with any footage.
We ship your camcorder 4–5 days before your event to ensure it arrives with plenty of time. If there are any shipping delays, we'll work with you to find a solution — including expedited shipping at no extra cost if available.
Yes! Your raw footage is yours to keep. We send you the memory card with your finished film, so you have all the original clips to revisit or edit yourself if you'd like.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability, though last-minute bookings are sometimes possible. Popular dates (spring/summer weddings, holidays) book up fast — the sooner, the better!
